Nino Migliori
Renata Tardani
Italy, 2006, 24'
Synopsis
"If the definition that photography is writing about light is still valid, and considering the fact that I have always tried to do something like writing using light, then I can call myself a photographer."
The film chronicles the personality and work of Nino (Antonio) Migliori, an internationally renowned artist, one of the most influential and eclectic. Since the early 1950s he has juxtaposed photographs with a neo-realist flavor with experimental photographs, beginning a quest that has traversed all possible forms of photographic language, tracing, even with "off-camera" experiments, one of the most varied and interesting paths in European image culture.
