The Necessary Angel

In 1980, Paolo Pallucco founded the company that bears his name, working in the furnishings sector with products that expressed a renewal of concepts and design. His was a path in which the pursuit of functionality, technical innovation and the study of form evolved constantly and coherently. His unconventional approach to design and the memorable installations staged in the abandoned spaces of Milan's former slaughterhouse (ex Mattatoio) during the Salone del Mobile of 1988 and 1989 left a lasting mark, as much for the quality of the products as for the way they were presented.
