Synopsis
“Photographing a person is a way of approaching them, of knowing them and capturing the essential aspects of their character or artistic personality”.
After completing their studies in Florence, in 1974 they moved to Milan.
The stage has always been the focus of their photographic research. Their work is an inexhaustible mine of knowledge and memory that allows them to reconstruct and relive almost half a century of performing arts: music in all its manifestations (classical, opera, contemporary, avant-garde, rock, jazz), dance and theatre, to follow the work of the major personalities of the entertainment world and also to have a vision of the social and cultural changes of these decades.
The result of a great passion and an extraordinary knowledge of their subjects, their photos document, but above all convey the vibrations, suggestions and emotions of the show.
They have participated in numerous international exhibitions and their photos have been used as album and publication covers.
The fruit of their work is collected in an archive, so rich and valuable, that in 2018 the Ministry of Cultural Heritage declared it "an asset of historical interest".
