Mimmo Verdesca tells the story of the legendary Alida Valli through the previously unreleased words of her letters and diaries, enriching it with additional exclusive materials including photographs, private family films, new interviews with her children, relatives, friends and most faithful collaborators, and much more archival material. The documentary film Alida shows a complete and never before seen picture of the life of a beautiful young girl from Pula who quickly became one of the most famous and loved actresses of Italian and international cinema.
